Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
A. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 3-7 Days
• Shipping time: 14~30 Days
B. Shipping methods: 

We have five different fulfillment centers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. After your order is complete, it takes us 1 – 5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form our main fulfillment center in Hong Kong where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.

We use SFexpress, CJ, USPS, UPS, Fedex or  to ship our order based on your location and available inventory. 

At ASOZON, We strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages. We have opted to provide you with multiple options for shipping your order that provide numbers to ensure that you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 working days of the date order being received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order.

  • US and Canada: 6 – 10 Business Days After Processing
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7 – 12 Business Days After Processing
  • Europe: 7 – 14 Business Days After Processing
  • Latin America: 10 – 25 Business Days After Processing
  • Other countries: 15 – 30 Business Days After Processing

C. Shipping fee:

We have a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped. please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system, you will receive an email with your tracking number at that time. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period. you can track your order at your country’s post website or from our website. 

Wrong address

Address changes are only allowed on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of order. You can contact us at support@kabesmart.com to request such changes.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.
